Spring Open House 2022

Greetings from USU Department of Theatre!

High School theatre students and transfer students are invited to join us for the CCA Department of Theatre Arts Spring 2022
Open House on Saturday, February 12th 9:30a-1:30p
Open House is the time to audition for the acting program, interview for all other programs, tour the department, and is designed to give prospective students (and parents) a full picture of what it is like to be a Theatre Arts student at Utah State University.

Fill out the the above application(s) for your areas of interest. On the application page, please make sure to upload your supplemental materials listed on each application.

The Open House will include an overview by the Department Head, Q & A sessions with current faculty and students, auditions for the BFA Acting program, interviews for Design & Technology and Theatre Education for consideration to one of the department programs for the 2022-23 school year.

Check-in begins at 9:30am in the Morgan Theatre Lobby and will include assignment of audition/interview time slots. At 10am, event begin with a Welcome in the Black Box Theatre (FAC 224). See schedule of events for more information.

Directions

Check-In located in Morgan Theatre Lobby in USU's Fine Arts Center

Entering through Morgan Lobby: head through the lobby and up the small staircase at the end. Student Guides with badges will direct you from there.

Entering from Art Department: come through the hallway below the ramps, past the Advising office, and on down the hall. Student Guides with badges will direct you from there.

Entering from Music Department: follow right hallway down & around corner to green room area. Student Guides with badges will direct you from there.
