Current Student Scholarships

The application period for CCA Scholarships is closed.

Caine College of the Arts Scholarships are available for all majors in the College. Students who wish to be considered for a CCA scholarship, should complete the required form and any additional steps required by their particular department during the application period. All required steps must be completed to be considered.

Please be aware that a very small number of Caine College of the Arts scholarships require a separate application. Those scholarships include the Caine Scholars for Excellence Award and the Caine College Ambassadors Award.

Department of Theatre Arts Scholarships

Scholarship Requirements
Anne Kennedy Roskelley Memorial Scholarship Theatre Arts student participating in OLRC season. The recipient should have demonstrated financial need, be involved in the Lyric productions, and preference should be given to non-traditional students.
David E. Daley & Leona E. Daley Theatre Arts Scholarship Major/minor in Theatre Arts. Primary criteria is financial need. Must be full-time student with GPA of at least 2.2 for undergrad and 3.0 for grad.
Floyd T. Morgan Theatre Arts Honorary Scholarship Upper division (Junior/Senior) or grad students. Demonstrated excellence in any area of theatrical art.
George B. & Marie Eccles Caine Theatre Arts Scholarship Full-time Theatre Arts Major with 2.5 GPA or higher. Applicants should be prepared to audition/interview with the committee. Must participate in at least one major theatre arts production per semester as cast/crew.
Gwendella Thornley Memorial Scholarship Junior - Theatre Ed/Theatre Arts
Josey Barnes Wayman Theatre Arts Scholarship Junior or Senior student. Demonstrates academic acheivement and financial need.
Leonard C. & Dorothy C. Kearl Scholarship in Theatre Arts Declared Theatre Arts major with a 3.0 GPA or higher
Marie Eccles Caine Foundation - Russell Family Scholarship Full-time Theatre Arts Major with 2.5 GPA or higher. Applicants should be prepared to audition/interview with the committee. Must participate in at least one major theatre arts production per semester as cast/crew.
Sid Perkes Scholarship Upper division (Junior/Senior), GPA 3.2 or higher. Preference for highly qualified design students.
Orpha Faylor Scholarship Outstanding student in Theatre Arts.
Robert & LaRae Williams Scholarship Theatre Arts Student
Ruth B. Call Memorial Scholarship Graduate or Undergrad Theatre Arts student. Focus on children's theatre. Demonstrated skill in directing, designing, playwrighting, or children's theatre and creative drama. Scholarship to be awarded every other year, alternating with W. Vosco Call Scholarship.
Vosco Call Scholarship Theatre Arts Juniors or Seniors who demonstrate professional promise and excellence in acting and directing with an emphasis in performance.
