Congratulations to professor in the Department of Theatre Arts, Matt Omasta, for winning the Eldon J. Gardner Teacher of the Year award, and student in the Department of Theatre Arts, Michael Francis, for winning the Talent of the Year award at the USU Robins Awards.

This awards night is one of the year's most prestigious events, rewarding students and faculty for hard work and dedication to their individual goals, as well as the goals of USU. This year more than 100 nominations from students, staff, and administration at Utah State University were received. The awards memorialize William E. Robins, a USU hero who served as the student body president in 1949.
