Summer Practice Rooms

Over the summer, upright piano practice rooms are available to USU faculty, staff, students, and Summer Citizens. You must have an active A-Number to gain access.

How to Gain Access

Pay

Pay the $20 fee online or in the music office. We do not accept cash.

Pick-Up

Allow a few business days for us to process your access request. You will receive an email from USU ServiceNow when your access card is ready. New access cards can be picked up from the Key Office in the Facilities Building. A $5 deposit will be charged at the time of pick-up.
3

Play

Use the practice rooms at your convenience between May 5 and August 20, 2025, excluding the dates below. No need to schedule practice time in advance.

Dates of Unavailability

  • June 10-14, 2025: All piano practice rooms will be blocked out for the Summer Piano Festival
  • July 10-20, 2025: Upright piano practice rooms will be blocked out for the Fry Street Chamber Music Festival
