    ACCOMPLISHMENT:  Undergraduate Research & Creative Opportunity Grant

    DESCRIPTION: Awarded $1,100 to investigate the impact of drama pedagogy in high school American history classes.

    NAME: Matt Omasta, Ph.D.

    STATUS: Faculty, Director of Theatre Education

    ACCOMPLISHMENT:  2015 American Alliance for Theatre & Education Presidential Citation

    DESCRIPTION: For outstanding dedication and commitment to transforming young people and communities through the theatre arts.

    NAME: Nicole Martineau

    STATUS: Theatre Arts Teaching Minor ‘15

    ACCOMPLISHMENT:  2015 USU Undergraduate Researcher of the Year

    DESCRIPTION: Overall university award for best undergraduate researcher of the year for a project involving drama integration with high school biology classes.

    NAME: Andrea Brandley

    STATUS: BFA Theatre Education Major '15

    ACCOMPLISHMENT:  2015 CCA Scholar of the Year

    DESCRIPTION: Recognition as the best student scholar in the college during AY 2014-15.

    NAME: Cameron Mumford

    STATUS: BFA Theatre Education Major '15

    ACCOMPLISHMENT:  2015 CCA Legacy of USU Award

    ACCOMPLISHMENT:  Undergraduate Research & Creative Opportunity Grant

    DESCRIPTION: Awarded $1,000 to investigate historical trends in playwriting for youth.
